Problém s UltraBans

Mám problém s ultrabanem. Na mysql databázi by měl být napojený, funguje i webový přehled banů.
Když někoho zabanuju tak se sice v mysql ukáže ban ale zabanovaný může nadále na server. a když dám /banlist napíše to že nikdo není zabanovanej. prosím pomoc.
