Nenačítání pluginu

Dobrá dem mám problém ze serverem teda můj kámoš požádal mě o pomoc ale já jsem s tím nic nenadělal tak se chci zeptat vás kámoš když chce na server dát PermissionsEX a nebo Creative gate tak když to nahraje na server tak se neobjeví soubor s tým pluginem a ani když server restartuje znovu tu máte jeho log
