už je zase problém s adminama... Prostě nám to najednou vypadlo a už nejdou...

Zaprvé, máš zaplé dva pluginy na adminy a musí být zapnutý jen jeden (admin.amxx, je to tam i napsané, ale proč to číst, že?!)
Zadruhé v users.ini nemáš zapsaného žádného admina

A jak mam dat toho admina do users.ini? Pres amxbans to nejde tam mam 3 a nejde ani 1...

Tak si prvně ujasni, přes co chceš spravovat adminy. Pokud amxbans, tak měj zapsané pluginy pro amxbans (amxbans.amxx a admin_amxbans.amxx) nebo jestli chceš používat users.ini (to musíš mít zapsaný pouze admin.amxx).
