Co takhle použít Google? První odkaz:
https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=3330-IAGK-7663Ve zkratce, aby Steam účet nebyl omezený, tak se na něm muselo utratit alespoň 5$. Je to logický krok proti tomu, aby si někdo nemohl vytvořit 10 účtů a zneužívat je. Takhle to sice může dělat taky, ale minimálně ho to bude něco málo stát.

Budeš si normálne kúpiť hru/dlc/skin minimálne v hodnote 5$ aby nebol obmedzený, takže žiadne potvrdenie...teda nie s vrátením peňazí

Ale stále som sa nedozvedel či mi to tých 5€ zoberie zo steamu alebo mi ich nechá.

Each Steam purchase total will be tracked in USD. If your Steam store's currency isn't in USD, it will be tracked and converted to USD automatically using daily exchange rates.
Prostě si na Steam peněženku převeď alespoň 5$ a budeš mít neomezenej účet. A ne, ty peníze už z toho nijak nedostaneš. Samozřejmě si za ně můžeš koupit na Steamu nějakou hru.
