V tomto případe to znamená že nemáš dostatek ram paměti.. Máš na serveru něco co ti hodně server vytěžuje například redstone obvod ( command block ) nebo plugin každopádně nemáš na serveru ani jednoho hráče a máš využití cpu 94% což se mi zdá že je celkem dost já když mám prázdný server mám maximálně 5-10% víc ne..

Control panel -> Optimalizační nástroje -> Timings :
1)Aktivovat a restartovat
2) po startu serveru zadat

#počkat tak třeba minutu
/timings merged
/timings paste
/timings off

V konzoli ti to vygeneruje odkaz, ten nám sem dáš.
3) deaktivovat (žere to prostředky jako divé, když je to aktivované)

Nicméně ještě předtím opravíš některé nejvíc Obvious chyby!

Opravit config. Možná toto právě vytěžuje server, protože mycommand byl zmíněn v jedné z těch chyb.

Tak načítá brány do paměti, až paměť dojde.....

PS: Pokud z toho cokoliv nejde nebo takovou možnost nemáš, tak máš smůlu, protože staré verze serveru prostě nové věci často mít nemůžou. Od toho se updatuje na vyšší verze MC, aby lidi mohli mít vše.
