po přechodu na spiggot mi přestaly fungovat permissionses. Nevíte v čem je problém?

Dnes jsem na serveru dělal dost věcí, ale hlavně jsem měnil na spiggot z bukkitu.
Zahlédl jsem, že spiggot tam má něco co může dělat permissions bez pl, není možné, že je to zaplé a blukuje to permissionsex?
Nemůže to být třeba toto? V nastavení serveru:

od nejento
wepif.yml není záležitost Spigotu ani Bukkitu, ale pluginů od sk89q, tedy WorldGuard, WorldEdit, CommandBook nebo CraftBook.
Rozdíl mezi Spigotem a Bukkitem nemá na Permissions.yml absolutně žádný vliv. Prosím zkopíruj sem permissions.yml.

Ale prefixy atd co mám k jednotilivým skupinám v essentialschat nastavené jdou.
Jen ty permise nějak ne.

Teď jsem zjistil, že permise jdou u vipplis (spawn, atd) a přitom to dědí po hráči. Permise jdou asi všechny až na skupinu hrac.
Ale netuším proč. Nevíte?

U adminů dokud jsem k nim nepřidal dědění po hrac tak spawn taky nešel.
