Čau prosím o pomoc s pádem serveru

log pri padu nepřikládám, protoze tam nic není.
Seznam pluginů v logu startu.
A otázka 2 - nemel by mít 30slot. server priděleno 3072 MB RAM ? já mám jen 2474 MB.
