NameTag nad hráčem + nastavení spawnu

Zdravím, měl bych dva spíše informativní dotazy.
1) nevíte náhodou proč i když máme stažený NameTag Edit na verzi odpovídající serveru či jiný plugin na úpravu name tagů nad hráči, nelze name tag upravit tak, aby jeho celková délka nepřesahovala 16 znaků v opačném případě to vždy část prefixu nicku usekne.
A druhý dotaz se týká spawnů. Spawn máme nastaven ve světě "spawn" ovšem funguje pouze při prvním loginu nebo při použití /spawn. Pokud jsem již registrovaný a připojím se, spawnu se v normalním světě.
Některé pluginy na serveru:
- essentials
- featherboard
- chattab
- chatcontrol
- authme

1) Ono je to omezené velikostí bohužel s tím moc neuděláš protože to mají všechny pluginy AnimatedNames, NameTagEdit a další i když si budeš chtít napsat vlastní přes 16 znaků se nedostaneš ...

Mna by zaujimalo aky si dal prefix, ze presiahol 16 znakov, pretoze ono to vie fungovat aj tak ze prefix(16) + nick(16) + suffix(16), tj dokopy nad hlavou 48 znakov.

To mi právě nefunguje počet znaků prefixu a suffixu to jako kdyby ignorovalo či co a když budu chtít napsat [Sp.Majitel] Chris523 hodi mi to [Sp.maji hris523 zkoušel jsem oba výše jmenované pluginy bez úspěchu.

Do prefixu sa počítajú aj farebné kódy, takže ak máš niečo ako &0[&1S&2p&3.&4M& tak to už je 16 a vidíš iba 5 znakov.
btw za to, že prefix odseknú im môžeš byť vďačný. Ak by to nerobili tak by to vyhodilo zo servera každého, kto by sa priblížil k človeku s dlhým prefixom.

jinak tu jsou ty configy essentials a auth me
jeste bych chtěl dodat že spawn (lobby) je na 1 světě s názvem spawn :)

v Authme som to vyriešil tak že existujú dva prikazy
/authme setfirstspawn
/authme setspawn
first spawn je prvý spawn tzn. vždy pred úspešným /login-om
