Tak minimálně máš špatně koncovku souboru, nemá to být .html, ale .php. Až tohle upravíš, tak pak bych začal řešit nějakej config a další věci.

To první můžeš ignorovat, to tě jenom upozorňuje že autor použil v roce 2015 něco, co se už tak od roku 2010 nedoporučuje používat a že časem to bude odstraněno a pak to nepůjde už vůbec použít.

To druhý může znamenat více věcí, nejspíš to souvisí s připojením k databázi, takže zkontrolovat údaje, jestli se ti tabulka jmenuje tak jak se jmenovat má a podobně.

Nejjednodušší varianta je, že otevřeš ten soubor, a hned za značku <?php dáš na novej řádek tohle:
