The server did not reply within the required timeout period. Maybe the server is offline or you've entered an invalid TCP query port.

If the server is online and the ports are 100% correct then it could be a port forwarding problem. If you are hosting yourself check the router and firewall settings.

If the server is online but you cant be sure about the correct query port ask your provider, try the query port finder on my site or try a port scan on this TeamSpeak server IP.
